I joined FlapKap as the first and only designer, responsible for designing the entire product from scratch — everything from onboarding and funding flows to dashboards, internal tools, and brand guidelines. Over nearly 3 years, I worked closely with engineering, product, and growth teams to ship a high-conversion funding experience and a full internal underwriting platform. I built and maintained the design system, prototyped new features, and even contributed to the marketing site when needed. This was a deeply hands-on role, where I wore many hats — and helped shape the product, process, and design culture at the company from day one.
